Shipping Information

Products available on our website and marked on the product page as “Immediate Shipping” are dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday) as follows:

• Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) – shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) – shipped on the next business day.

Products marked on the product page as “Out of Stock” are shipped within the time indicated for the specific product, whenever possible.

The shipping time for products marked as “Custom Order” is arranged individually with the customer via e-mail or telephone, but no later than 35 business days.

We make every effort to ensure that the goods purchased from us reach you safely. Each package is packed to maximize the protection of the products.

Orders are shipped via DPD courier, to InPost parcel lockers, or can be collected in person after prior confirmation from our shop staff that the goods are ready for pickup.

During the ordering process, you can select your preferred shipping method in the order form.

On the day the package is dispatched, the customer will receive an e-mail notification containing the tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
