Returns

YOU CAN RETURN GOODS TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON.

Each of our customers has the right to return goods purchased in our store.

The customer returns the goods to the address indicated in the return form, at their own expense, using any preferred shipping method.

Once we receive the package, our staff will promptly refund the value to the specified bank account. In rare cases, the refund period may take up to 14 days.

The detailed return conditions are specified in the store regulations – § 5.
